Signing Up and completing your "My Page"

After signing up, you will need to complete a basic profile questionnaire. Please answer all the questions that are applicable as a Tenant only. The next thing is to upload a picture to your profile page only. Only our administrators and agents can view your picture or profile information. Your profile information is not shared with any one outside
Genevebudget.ch Administration. When you decide to take a property,
Genevebudget.ch becomes your Landlord, therefore your profile information is not shared with property owners who let their properties to . If you do not upload your picture to your profile page within 30 days, we may have to delete your details from the system. It is important that we know and can identify all our users for all kinds of administrative reasons over the long term. For instance when you become one of our tenants, you can post comments directly onto the system, our administrators or agents can identify you and then respond to any questions accordingly.

How To Search this Database:

Simply click on the "Rentals" link on the tool bar above to view properties or use the search field from the very front page of Genevebudget.ch, or the search field on the top right hand corner of this page. Bear in mind there are limited properties while the network is still very new. It is however in your interest to sign up if you want to take quick advantage of suitable property rentals as they become available and are posted to the network.

Once you see a property you like in our database, the next step is to arrange a viewing online with one of our independent agents. Once you decide you like a property subject to it's availability and agreeing to our terms & conditions, we can then work with you and your council or housing benefit authority for monthly rental payments.
